Outside of work Lili is an active volunteer for projects that are centered around education and community revitalization. Since 2017 they have been a Team Leader with New York Cares—New York’s largest volunteer organization.

United Community Centers

From 2021-2022 they volunteered as a team leader for the New York Cares and UCC partnership project, Farming in Brooklyn. On Saturday mornings volunteers, East New York Farms staff members, and interns gathered at Pink House Community Garden to grow, harvest, wash, and distribute free produce to the community.

Brooklyn Public Library

In 2019 they lead a Support Literacy project through New York Cares at the Brooklyn Public Library. On Saturdays the volunteers would assist librarians in the organizational needs such as alphabetizing the shelves and restocking returned books.

Art Explorers

In 2017 they became a New York Cares Team Leader. The first project they lead was Art Explorers, a weekly project that provided arts and crafts time for kids between the ages of 4-12. Working with 3 other Team Leaders they took turns creating weekly curriculums, buying supplies, and introducing art to a new generation.

.movtogether is a non-profit created by a coalition of some of the world’s leading agencies, companies & design studios, looking to give back & move things forward in times of crisis. While at Trollbäck+Company, the team lead in creating a visual identity system, dedicated website, and manifesto that communicates the power of our collective creative forces and amplifies our call to others in the industry to join us. 

USOW

In 2019 they were apart of a team at Trollbäck+Company that collaborated with the Creative Alliance to concept and design a month-long social media campaign recruiting advocates for gender equality across all 50 states for USOW’s 2019 ambassador program. Alongside the team they helped design the #RaiseHerVoice campaign, which generated a 70% increase in applications for the national advocacy organization’s annual ambassador push.
